Abstract | Foremost objective of this manuscript is to empirically testify the direct and indirect influence of EM and IEO on EI through the mediation of EE while conditioning the indirect effect with the moderation of entrepreneurial inclination. The measurement model; model fitness, convergence and divergence were assessed through CFA, whereas hypotheses were tested using SEM and PROCESS Macro for SPSS. EM and IEO were found influencing EI directly and indirectly through EE. Conditional indirect effects of EM and IEO on EI were found most positive for entrepreneurially inclined students. The findings of the study provide valuable suggestive measures for implementation by universities while designing and conducting entrepreneurship training and education program. (As Provided). |
